Lovely lady - a photo frame by DT Zanka

Hey to all Inkido fans!
It's a Thursday with DT Zanka and I'm sharing my first project made with Beautiful Memories 2 collection, yay!

I've picked the elegant sage papers from this line for this photo frame, dominated by sage and white.

The frame comes from a well known furniture store and is of the sort, that allows to frame a bulky page-there is a generous space between the front glass and the back side ( I removed the glass to take the photo)
The frame is 20x20 cm, which I really like, since it allows to use both sides of one paper in the same project;) They are beautifully coordinated so combining the patterns is a guaranteed success :) I added some die cuts using another paper from the same line. This time I picked the plain parts and played with shapes instead of pattern.

Thanks for stopping by today :)
Have a great day and  your eyes open for our next challenge!

Summer LO by Agnieszka Bellaidea

Hi!
It's Bellaidea today with a new project from an older collection.

You can still find these papers in many shops with Inkido products!
I did some stitching, embossing and stamping here.
Fussy cutting and small chipboards add more layers.
Another Inkido stamp with red embossing.
Did you linked already your project to our challenge in May? :)

GD Gerry and her lovely projects with Inkido

Hi!
It's Bellaidea today with our fanatstic Guest, Gerry!

Gerry van Gent was born and raised in Bulgaria where she studied at a Russian High School and graduated English Philology at the university of Blagoevgrad. She worked as an English teacher and translator already for a few years when she decided to study another language - Dutch. Since 2002 she has been living in The Netherlands where she started a family with her Dutch husband. Gerry is a full time mom to Alexander and Leanne.
Gerry has been involved into different hobbies like knitting, embroidery, drawing and playing the piano. Since 2009 she got seriously involved into paper crafting. She designs proudly for leading companies in the paper crafting industry and she gives workshops when the time allows her. She has been published in magazines and catalogues.
Gerry`s style is romantic, shabby chic and sometimes you can find touches of vintage. She creates mostly scrapbook layouts 12" x 12" but you can sometimes see her creating cards and altered items. Her main inspiration comes from her kids but she also draws inspiration from the products she`s working with.

Let me show you what Gerry made for us;

We love how she used Inkido products!
Dear Gerry, thank you so much for your lovely projects, we hope you will make some more for us in the future!

Hi everyone! It's Yasmin here on the blog today, and I have a layout to show you. The new Inkido collection is hitting the stores and you have to go get them. They are gorgeous! I sadly haven't used this papers on my layout today. Promise to show off those in my next post.

Her er jeg på båt tur rundt Lake Como i september i fjor. Jeg var med på et Creative Retreat..som var spennende.. Veldig vakre omgivelser.. Her er i allefall layouten jeg lagde med bilde av meg selv fra turen. :)

This is a picture of my on a boat ride around Lake Como, Italy last september. I was on a creative retreat witch was super exciting, VERY beautiful. Here is the layout I created.

Jeg har brukt litt forskjellige "gode gamle" Inkido papirer på denne.. Jeg liker ark jeg kan klippe ut ting av arkene, og her er intet untak. Har også stemplet med stemplet "stars background" på bakgrunnen.

I've used different "good old" Inkido papers on this one. I like papers where I can fussy cut out alot of the elements. Also used the stamp "stars background" to create an exciting background.

Du kan se endel av klippingen på dette bildet, sommerfugler og roser er kuttet ut og limt på. Ønsker alle sol og en fantastisk kreativ dag!

You can see some of the fuzzy cutting on this picture, butterflies and roses is cut out and glued on like I wanted. I wish everyone sun and a fantastic creative day!

A Spring Layout and a Tag - with Kelly

Hi there! Kelly here, with a spring layout and a fun tag to share!

We have finally been blessed with a little bit of spring weather here, so that means the little ones are outside exploring! I wanted to wrap this sweet photo of my little girl with some equally sweet and beautiful Inkido papers. The birds and butterflies from the Beautiful Memories collection were just what I needed.

I used lots of layers of various papers, including some from the Spring Time  collection as well. Some pretty Inkido flowers were the perfect touch.

I did a little subtle masking in the background and a bit of misting too, of course.  I love to layer the beautiful cut out images from the Beautiful Memories Beige paper, and I did so on my tag below you will see, too.

Next up, my "Hello" tag..which was created inspired by the May challenge, to choose two of the three: birds, feathers, birdcages. I chose birds, and birdcages. I hope you will be inspired to play along, too!

As mentioned above, I cut some of the images from one one of the Beautiful Memories papers and created my layers from those as well as some scraps from the Old Rose paper. I created a sweet little bird scene with some wire and mini spools, some wooden birds, a large wooden birdcage I have had forever, and a cute little birdcage trinket. The base of the tag and many of the layers are stamped with a gorgeous Inkido script stamp.

Thanks for taking a look! I hope you will play along with our challenge, there is still time!

Kelly
